Fans of The Legend of Zelda are likely familiar with the Sacred Realm as this spiritual space housed the Triforce for much of Hyrule’s history. The Sacred Realm was particularly important in Ocarina of Time as Link and Zelda’s quest required them to access the Sacred Realm in an attempt to stop Ganondorf from claiming the Triforce’s power. Once opened, however, the Sacred Realm was invaded by Ganondorf, who stole the Triforce and caused it to shatter into three pie
Many fans likely have their own personal hopes for returning characters in Zelda: Tears of a Kingdom , but regardless of who ends up being a part of the game’s narrative, it won’t change the game’s protagonist. At this point, Link has come to be the expected main character of every mainline title in the series. While this hasn’t always been the case for spinoffs, with games like Hyrule Warriors and Tingle’s Balloon Fight DS allowing players to step into the shoes of other characters, and there have been short segments in mainline Zelda games where players could control someone else, a character besides Link has never really gotten the chance to truly sh
One possibility for Tears of the Kingdom ‘s meaning is that Zelda, the princess of Hyrule, will die. After the events of the first game, Zelda presumably is hard at work rebuilding BOTW ‘s ruin of Hyrule, helping the people who inhabit it as she wished to in the game’s final cutscene. As such, it stands to reason that she would be beloved throughout the land. Tears of the Kingdom could refer to Hyrule mourning her after her death. Since Zelda falls into a crevice in the E3 2021 trailer and has not appeared in any footage outside the cave where she and Link find the withered mummy, this is a terrifyingly real possibil
Treasure Octoroks may be BOTW ‘s most annoying enemy, and for good reason. If players aren’t careful when approaching a buried chest, then they might end up fighting an enemy instead of getting treasure. This is irksome enough by itself, but the initial attack by the Octorok also sends them flying backwards, which is severely annoying and can even spell doom if they’re near a high ledge, leaving BOTW players regretting their decision to not do a quick check with the Magnesis rune. In addition, the Treasure Octorok is very fast and hard to hit, making it not a challenging foe but certainly a difficult and obnoxious one. They might not be as bad if they were at least good way to farm Rupees, but the amount they drop is negligible and not worth the effort of seeking them out repeate
In Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild , there are many annoying enemies that shouldn’t return in its sequel, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom _ . Some foes such as Bokoblins and Https://Zeldatearshub.Com Moblins have already been revealed in past trailers, but certain others have been thankfully absent so far. _TOTK is set to release on May 12 of next year, leaving plenty of time for more trailers that may reveal how many of BOTW ‘s obnoxious enemies are in its open world when it comes
Since Breath of the Wild is said to take place at the very end of the Zelda timeline, it stands to reason that its sequel may reincorporate past plots, characters, and locations to resolve various aspects of the series narrative. Fans have been quick to note the references to games like Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword already present in both BOTW and the three TOTK trailers released so far. As such, it’s possible that the fate set in motion by the events of TOTK’s predecessors may lead to a reappearance of Zelda’s most important magical realms in the upcoming g
The reincarnated version of the eponymous Princess Zelda Tetra could easily lead a game herself. She is considered by many to be the LoZ ‘s series’ best version of Zelda , and alongside her loyal pirate crew could tell an amazing seafaring adventure tale. A game of her own could dive into Tetra’s backstory and give interesting new lore for the world – she became captain after her mother died, but other than that not much is known about her origins, family history, or how she assembled her crew. Whether the game was simply about seafaring and plundering or pitting Tetra against the forces of evil herself, she’s a great candidate for a Legend of Zelda protagon
Part of what has made the Legend of Zelda series so enduring is its many strong characters. Link has always remained the series’ star, and while he’s proven to be a consistently strong protagonist, it’s high time that another beloved character had the spotlight. There are plenty of other characters whose combination of interesting storyline potential and intriguing combat styles would shake things up in innovative ways. As players replay Zelda games before Tears of the Kingdom releases, they will likely even come across more strong candidates for other main characters not listed here. While these **Legend of Zelda ** characters may never get their time in the sun, their potential is a testament to the series’ well-crafted charact
