Speak with Ana Bray on Mars. She will have tasks for the player to complete before she can leave. Complete her four quests: Signs of Life, Recycled Components, Signal Shielding, and Force Reboot. Turn in the quests to Ana, and she will reward the players with a Braytech Osprey Rocket Launcher. Now that all four planets are ready for evacuation, return to Zavala to collect the Exotic Traveler’s Chosen Sidearm. Now that the quest is completed, players should have picked up at least five different weapons that will contribute to their light levels and helped round out their arsenals.

Last week in Destiny 2 May 12th- May 19th, was the final week for Iron Banner this season. With it, goes the chances of obtaining the ritual weapon through the seasonal quest “Cast in Iron”. This season, Iron banner offered a ritual weapon for the first time ever, while also being the only playlist to award players with a ritual weapon at all. The legendary bow Point of the Stag has excellent PvP potential as a precision frame with a fast draw time. Archers tempo is an available perk on the weapon, which will provide players with faster draw speeds in-between every precision shot. Until further details, the weapon is currently only available in Season 10 and has not been revealed to be a recurring weapon for the upcoming Season 11. Completing Iron Banner bounties will reward players with pinnacle gear that can raise light levels quickly and other items, so make sure to have turned those in. Yes, despite all the worldwide controversy surrounding loot boxes, Destiny 2 still uses them. Called Bright Engrams, these boxes are purchased from the Eververse store. They spill out a random selection of items that players have no control over. There are also Nostalgic Engrams that contain cosmetic items from Year 2. If you really want to spend real-world money on microtransactions, it’s best to directly purchase what you want from Eververse.
The big addition that comes with the Season Passes is the Battle Pass. Yes, Destiny 2 is jumping on the Fortnite bandwagon by offering tiered rewards. There are actually two Battle Passes; a free one and a paid one. Season Pass owners earn rewards from both Battle Passes, and free players only from the free one.
After speaking with Asher Mir, players will need to complete a weekly bounty for him as well. After completing it and speaking with the Gensym Scribe, players will need to speak with Zavala at the Tower. The player will be able to earn a Militia’s Birthright grenade launcher from Zavala.
MerLet’s not mince words here, the Destiny community was in this exact situation three years ago in the months leading up the release of The Taken King. It was to be sold for a price of $40 and required the installation of all previous DLC, even though House of Wolves did not require the Dark Below. Players at the time were outraged at both the price tag and the need to purchase a DLC that was seemingly only required because Bungie said so. One would think the developer would learn a lesson from this, and they did; it was just the wrong one. We are now approaching the second year of Destiny 2 and Bungie is showing us exactly what they’ve learned: that they can get away with it. Curse of Osiris is almost universally panned as being unworthy of players’ time and money. It isn’t required to play Warmind, offers hardly any mechanical changes and yet Bungie, without offering any explanation, says it will be required for Forsaken all the same. This would be bad enough by itself, but Bungie isn’t content to stop there; no, they’ve decided that they need to milk their players even more than they already are, and they’re going to do it with the “Annual Pass.”
With less than a month left in _Destiny 2 _ : Season of the Worthy, players have a little time to complete any remaining objectives unique to this season. The season pass, as well as maxing out light level are two of the main objectives, but there are a few other things that offer players some modest rewards left to complete before Season 11 goes under
With Monster Hunter World in particular, every update, event and addition has been given to players 100 percent free of charge and they’ve been implemented at a pace that Bungie can only dream of matching. What’s more, the game is a massive success. It’s lead Capcom, enemy shield mechanics a developer/publisher that’s been around since the days of the NES, into its single most profitable period in the company’s entire history. With a contemporary example like that on the market, it’s hard to see how anyone can defend the business choices Bungie continues to make with Destiny.
