One of my all-time favorite League of Legends comics. It’s the truth about who Garen really is, and it makes way too much sense. He’s big, tough, and manly, right? Or maybe not. What if his armor is really his entire faux body? What if Garen is secretly a yordle in disguise? It makes so much se
You know how we control the champions in League of Legends ? Well, someone has to control the monsters, right? You didn’t think they were NPCs, did you? It’s true that minions feed, dragons are in a lot of fights, and Baron is The Rift’s Most Wanted. In their world, they are victims who must watch their own backs or be attacked by potentially ten people at once! That’s scary for the poor dragon who is in the middle of a team fight. All he can do is fight them off for a few seconds before he’s completely destroyed and his brethren must take his pl
During certain missions, you are prompted to cover your face with a bandana, which is typical of Westerns. It looks cool. This is to keep your identity hidden, right? Well despite this, somehow you always get fined with a bounty. It doesn’t make any sense. I tried wearing masks too and that doesn’t do anything either. It feels like Rockstar put them in as an obligation to the genre. They didn’t want to implement it as a real disguise. It might have broken the game otherwise, or someth
For those unaware, Red Dead Redemption 2 takes place in 1899. I say that to make it clear, as if it wasn’t clear enough already, that phones do not exist in this period. That means you can’t take selfies like a millennial. Well, Rockstar found a way to work around that. You can get a camera from the first Stranger mission that appears in Valentine. You can then take selfies by putting the camera on the ground. Here’s the thing though. Who’s operating the camera? Is it the ghost of one of your lost comrades? Spo
It’s more than just pointing out that people can’t come back for the grave. There are no continues in real life. That much is obvious. What I will say though is that I’m coming at this from a humorous perspective. I’m engaging my fellow fans in a conversation to laugh about all of the ridiculous stuff that goes down in Red Dead Redemption II . Maybe the things that happened to me didn’t happen to you and vice versa. Some of these issues may not even be alarming to others. That’s fine too. Again, all I’m trying to do is engage in the conversation. I also want to make it clear that I’m having an enormously good time with the game. It’s everything I wanted from a sequel and more. Well, mostly. I would have preferred it not to be a prequel, but that’s a whole other rant. There are some light mission spoilers ahead, but I keep the exact details to a mini
That’s how the law works, right? You just pay some money for it to go away? Well, that’s how it works in regards to bounties in Red Dead Redemption II . All except for story bounties like Blackwater. It’s a little more than ridicul
Earlier, I mentioned how important Native Americans were to Western culture and how excited we are for the possibility of them sharing center stage. Another character that doesn’t get enough play in the Western genre happens to be the female outlaw. In the closing scene of the teaser trailer, it seems as though the left most rider happens to be a lady. Their clothing is brighter than the other and her body structure seems to lend itself to a more feminine figure. A lot of players feel as though there isn’t enough diversity when it comes to protagonists in video games. Having a leading lady that also happens to be a badass would be a great, but not necessarily a new addition to the Red Dead series. There have been plenty of awesome females in the franchise, but it would be great to finally play as
One side of Garen shows us his cowardice and laziness of refusing to farm and instead camping in the brush. The other side of him shows us that „fear no evil” side where he refuses to give up or call himself weak. He will take on any foe no matter what his life is. Sometimes it works out, but other times…he kind of falls to a jungle buff. Speaking of, does anyone else remember lizards? Good times, am I ri
These two quotes go hand in hand and are two of the most famous on The Rift. Jax wants a real weapon and Palworld Terraria crossover Master Yi offers up his own sword. Together, they make a funny little story that was just asking for someone to make a comic out of it. This is even funnier when you play off of the fan theory that Yi is Jax’s father. Yeah, we already talked about how Bard is his father, but an older fan theory suggests Yi is his father in real
Basically, mechanics are what makes the game you play more transparent. Understanding the game takes a lot of time and it does not have to begin with you going through a crash course about it. Just try to understand the basics of the game, for example, every MOBA game has some sort of slang every now and then and learning it can be useful so you can follow it in the future. Also, understanding how the game works, how to farm and how to utilize the map etc. is also very important. Once you have grasped the basics of the game, then you can move on to the next stage in which you actually implement all of your knowledge into the game. It can be overwhelming at first but once you get a good grip, you will have a lot of fun while being pro at
